Epcot
In World Showcase, you can travel “around the world” in just a few short hours! Did you know they have a dedicated Kidcot station in each different country, where you can participate in a fun discovery experience and collect activity cards? Just look for the Kidcot sign in the following locations:
Mexico Pavilion (near Mexico Folk Art Gallery)
Norway Pavilion (at The Puffin’s Roost)
China Pavilion (near the exit of Reflections of China)
Germany Pavilion (at Volkunst)
Italy Pavilion (outside, near La Bottega Italiana)
American Adventure Pavilion (outside, near Art of Disney)
Japan Pavilion (in the Bijutsu-kan Gallery)

In Club Cool, you can sample different Coke products from around the world. Are you brave enough to try Beverly?
Animal Kingdom
The Wilderness Must Be Explored! And you can do it at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park. Set out on a series of fun, nature themed challenges and become an official Wilderness Explorer! Complete each task on your own or tackle them as a group.
Self-guided activities range from animal observation to learning important wilderness skills. Collect over 25 badges and earn the right to echo the Wilderness Explorer call: Caw! Caw! Roar!
To begin, pick up your Wilderness Explorer handbook from headquarters, which is located on the bridge between the Oasis and Discovery Island (on your right as you enter the park and are looking at the Tree of LIfe). You can also pick up a guidebook at any of the Explorer Troop Leader Locations.
The Animation Experience at Conservation Station
At Rafiki’s Planet Watch, you can participate in an Animation Experience and learn how to draw a Disney character! No matter your skill level, a Disney animator gives you step-by-step instructions on how to illustrate your own version of a popular Disney character. Each class is 25 minutes long and you can participate in as many as you want throughout the day.
Check your My Disney Experience app for the most up to date times. Plan to board the train to Rafiki’s Planet Watch (located in Africa) about 40 minutes prior to the experience start time. Make sure to stop and say hi to the animals and even get up close in the Affection Section
More fun with the Play Disney Parks app
Download the Play Disney Parks app and find some fun activities to do while you are in the parks and even at home! Some activities require a MagicBand+, but others just require you to be near the location. Please note this can drain your device battery and you will need to give it access to your GPS location. Bring a portable battery charger if you want to use this app!
If you have a MagicBand+ (the ones that light up!), you can make the gold character statues located in all 4 theme parks talk! You will start the Disney Fab 50 Quest in your Play Disney Parks app and when you find a statue, double tap your band when you are near it to hear what it has to say! Once you activate it, you will collect the character in your app.
Star Wars fans, you can play Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters in Galaxy’s Edge. Your band is used as a tracker to find hidden bounties on Batuu, identify them with your thermal scanner, and earn membership in the Batuu Bounty Hunters’ Guild.
There are plenty of games to choose from. Download the app and check them out today!
Disney Resorts
Some Disney Resorts on property have a self-guided scavenger hunt around the resort. In order to find out if the experience is currently available, please visit the Front Desk and ask a Cast Member. Some hunts come with a prize or small token upon completion, but this is up to the discretion of the resort and the cast member.
Check your app or postings around the resort to find out what the daily activities are! There are often games by the pool and movie nights under the stars. Some activities do have a fee, so make sure you check the details before deciding if it is right for you!
Mini Golf
If you booked a vacation package with resort and tickets, you get some Magical Extras that include a free round of mini golf at either Fantasia Gardens or Winter Summerland. You can find these tickets in your My Disney Experience app under your tickets, but if you don’t see them there, check with the front desk.
